Mark’s Moving & Storage, Inc. was recently recognized by Arpin Van Lines for its exceptional service and inducted into the Arpin ACES program. The program is designed to recognize and reward agents that are major contributors to the Arpin system and consistently deliver exceptional service.
“The Arpin ACES program is reserved for the elite class of agents that have demonstrated outstanding customer service and performance over the past year,” said David Arpin, president and CEO of Arpin Group. “It is because of their consistently high performance, that they earn special privileges and benefits as members of this program. An agent is inducted into the Arpin ACES program based upon information and ratings from the past year. Agents that have been designated as an Arpin ACES member must continue to meet the criteria for inclusion in the program on a quarterly basis. The criteria for qualifying for the program include an A-minus or higher customer service rating.
