Community Advocate: Mark’s Moving & Storage to Assist Those in Need Through Jewish Family & Children’s Services

February 27 2018

From the Community Advocate:

Mark Silverman, President and CEO of Mark’s Moving & Storage

Mark’s Moving & Storage will again be providing free moving and storage services for the Jewish Family & Children’s Services (JF&CS), a Waltham-based nonprofit organization helping people of all faiths who are experiencing hardship, such as financial crisis, hunger and domestic abuse.

Mark’s Moving donated its services throughout 2017 to the JF&CS Center for Basic Needs Assistance and has renewed its commitment for 2018.

The Center for Basic Needs Assistance is an integrated and comprehensive program that addresses issues most commonly facing people with low income. Mark’s Moving will donate up to $10,000 in services, support that will help JF&CS alleviate the costs incurred when helping clients move and make critical funds available to benefit clients in other ways.
